For Sale issues with yellow pro5 (anyone affected please post in here!)

Hey guys, I sent Yellow Pro5 a check for lover $200 for sonme parts for my P5over 2 months ago, and i still have not got the parts, and he keeps giving me excusues after excuses?

Any of you guys have any problems with this guy?? his name is Zach?

I asked him if he had a paypal account and he told me no, so i sent him a business check, come to find out I know he just purchased some parts of a few members with his paypal account?

I trusted him and now im getting screwed?

every now and then he responds and he assured me that my parts were going out today and that i would have tracking #'s pm'd to me but I got nothing?

any and all help would be appreciated. I am going to go to my bank this week and see if i can recover my funds, and then i am going to try and see what other options i have criminally.

I hate when you put your trust in someone, and they just take your money.

I have been a member on many forums and have never had a problem, this is a first.

nah. his garage was open and i made no threats or aggressive motions. i told him it was time to pay up i wasnt leaving without anything.

consider yourself lucky. He was well within his rights to call the cops on you for trespassing.

In CA, that's illegally trespassing which the home owner could shoot you on sight for, aggressive motions or not.

hhaha he didnt let me in and he didnt willingly give me parts. he came outside and i told him how it was gonna be and he kept saying s*** and i just walked into his garage and started going through s***.

probably close to 280. and blah blah blah. you can only shoot someone in ohio if they warn you to leave and you dont. he never warned me. i simply walked to his door and rang his bell. then had a conversation as he led me toward the garage. it was very civil.

i was scammed once, but i got a refund from my credit card company. the guy then continued to ask why he got money withdrawn from his account, it was pathetic. he begged me to pay the money back for a year, i never did.

i cannot stand people who come on the internet and scam. the same thing happend on the grand prix forums i am on. someone made a name for themself, around 6k posts and on for 4 years. so very well known, and a great seller and one day he made a post about a group buy of interceptor scan guages for $50 off of regular value, so $259 shipped. 20 people did the group buy, none got a guage and he was never heard from again. however the forum was ran by a police officer so needless to say he was put in jail on 20 accounts of internet theft (or some jazzy thing like that).

Probably still doing the same things on other forums. If I lived there I would keep a close eye on this doucher. Imo, there are still a lot of parts this guy owes the community... Do you sti e by a lot, is your exhaust noticable?
