Fog/driving lights behind grill

For those of you who have taken the bumper off of your Protege5,are there any conceivable places to solidly mount fog/driving lights without attaching them to the bumper itself? .I was thinking behind the lower grill,Can it be done without too many modifications??Any input would be appreciated.

The P5 already has fogs...replace them with driving lights if you want. Then no need to put holes in your bumper.
