ok I have my fmic on, the first drive in the morning is the best thing ever The car is purrrrrfect. Then drive it for exactly 20 -30 mins it's like gettting in a beater car. i i i i it itt itti iti tiit ititi ti it st st st sttumm sstu stumbles and falls on it's face it is constantly losing power then gaining it I can stand the "bucking" that it does, There are NO leaks I am positive the car is flashed and I am running a completly closed system no blow off to atmosphere I am stock otherwise. it stalls all over the place, I reset the ecu last night worked ok for like 35 mins lil stumbles but on the way home from work it went CRAZY. I don't want to take it to the dealer cause of the front mount but what can fix this ??????????? What stand alone ACTUALLY works for our whip ? Here is a pict of fmic do you think I need to have the air mass censor moved? can you put it near the throttle bdy inlet ? HELP HELP HELP (pissed) -Dave

you prolly have a leak double & triple CHECK your connections i had the same problem when i put on my FMIC & it was a leak listen @ the pipes for rushing air.. make sure they are VERY TIGHT !

Make sure that BOV is set correctly. And I will still hold that the filter you have is way to small....It might not be getting enough air.

is the stumblin accuring when ur driving the car....ur maf maybe gettin fucke dup so low in the engine bay....alot of turbulant air rushin down there

Your pop off return is too close to your MAF...that and your filter should get a little more distance fro the maf, I'd think...but the first one sounds like the main problem. That was the initial problem with the injen...then they moved it...problem fixed.

this is your answer righ here your return is way to close... esentail speed had the same issue

Take it to Agile and tell them what is going on since I believe they installed it. They would know best right?

The kit is custom, NOT ION's FYI, and whats IAT sensor, do I have them backwards? I am moving the air filter tommorrow ! let you know what happens ? ANY other suggesstions ? what about STAND
ALONE............ (nervous)

i had same problem..turned out the bov & maf were to close to eachother..every time i let off..the bov would sound..and force air backwards into the maf..and the maf didn't know what to do so it stalled out!

MAF looks to be installed correctly. Thats on huge ass dump, you may want to try putting it back further closer to the turbo. Like previous repsones, the air dumping back in may be causing turbulance with air coming through the MAF.

more picts
so if I tighten the bov down a shitload will it release less air ? and therefore cause less turbulance in order to make it a little better until agile gets a hold of it ?

throw a 90 degree or 145 degree pip bend where the maf is now and move the maf away from the bov dump...that should solve ur issues....like stated it makes sense that the bov dumpin air back in so close to the maf is causin ur turbulence
