i'm in. in 2002 I tried to spit some gum out of my window and it landed on the floor mat. I never got it out.. then somehow the other one disappeared over the years.
Anyways, since I see there is some interest I will try and contact a couple vendors and see what kind of prices we can get. Hopefully we could get around 10 people.
Still haven't heard back about pricing yet. I'll try and make a phone call tomorrow. For the mean time I started a list of people interested. Looks pretty good for now. But since on average 50% of people back out at the last minute we can say there are 3 people that will buy (silly) J/K. (hand). Hopefully we can get at least 10 people to get a decent price, since normally the MP3 ones are about $62 + 5 for shipping.
Good news people (nana), we can go ahead and order out mat's (yippy). I tried contacting a couple vendors and the best deal came out to be from Montgomery Mazda. The MSRP price for the mat is $77.25 + 5 shipping = 82.25, he is willing to sell it to us for $56.00 + 5 shipping = 61. That is a saving of 21.25 plus its shipped to your door. The price is almost the price that he gets the part from mazda, and considering he also covers partial shipping ($5 will definitely not cover the floor mats) you will not find a better price for these brand new pieces, unless you buy it stolen (no). Technically there is no minimum number of people that need to buy this since he just took off the price from his website. But since he is willing to due this I hope that we can get at least 5-6 to buy it from him. All you have to due is go to http://www.onlinemazdaparts.com/ and type in the part number 0000-88-779a-pz and follow the regular checkout process. I have bought a couple things from them before and they ship pretty fast. I will also be buying the tribute washer nozzles with this order, and would recommend it as an great upgrade to anyone (search tribute washer nozzle), I think its only like $8, but I need to find the P/N first.
