Flashing Keyless Light

Anyone else have a flashing red light on the dash for the keyless entry system. The key will unlock, lock the doors and let me start the car, but the red keyless light is contsantly blinking when the car is not running.

Anyone have this before? Battery is brand new is remote.

Its there to serve as a visual that the alarm is armed....
