I bought my MS3 a little over a month ago and absolutely love the car. The power for the price is hard to beat. I had to take the car to the dealer, about a 45 minute ride from house because the dealer that I looked at the car and started the deal with was not cert. to work on the car so I was already not in a good mood. I took it there because I turned the air on the first time the other day and got nothing but hot air out of it. I also was asking about the amount of soot that was building up on the tail pipe. Now mind you that I am a Tech for Acura and we fix and warranty just about anything whether asked for or not, but I have worked on many different Turbo charged vehicles over the years and have never seen as much soot as I do on this car. Is this really a normal thing for these or is there some magic word that I have to say to get the dealer to acknowledge the reflash that is out there that would help the situation according to what I have read about it. On top of getting the brush of for that the writer called me to let me know that there was a hole in my condenser and that it possibly would not covered. What he heck is that about I have less then 2000 miles on the car and am already getting told that a major component like that may not be covered under warranty. Is this the typical behavior at most mazda dealers or am I just used to the easy going warranty that honda of america?
