Finally TSX out 5 in!

Finally done. I went back and forth between the black and dark blue. After working out the deal I am happy. I got the darkest legal tint on the front and 5% on the back. Looks very nice. They had it all washed and waxed and on the way home I drove through a storm. Nice! Now off to order stereo components, rear bumper guard and homelink!

Get used to the spots on the rear hatch and the back bumper, they are a magnet for water deposits. Otherwise, looks great and nice choice of tint. I don't understand why most of the 5 owners in this area leave their 5s untinted, it makes all the difference in the world when summer roles around!!

Dark tint look good with black.

It'll look even better when you darken the headlight and taillight assemblies.

Very nice look. Like jandree22, I can just about dig the 08 taillights. Seriously though, if you darken the light covers, you'll have the Darth Vader-mobile...

Very nice, congrats! Can't wait to pick mine up. I agree with Opus, tint makes a big difference, more comfortable in the summer and looks good on the Mazda5. That will be my first upgrade.

What sites are there for film to darken the headlight/tails/fog lights? On my old Toyota Matrix I knew of a site that had all kinds of "stickers" that could darken /change the color of the lights. I've had a busy evening ordering the Avic D3, all weather mats, cargo cover, cargo mat, rear bumper protector and homelink mirror. I got all the Mazda parts dirt cheap and included free shipping. I plan to get it all installed early next week on my days off.

I like black....but man is this paint THIN! Already have nicks on the hood. This will be the first car that I will be buying a bra for. I can't find a 2008 bra online yet though...only 07's.

You should be getting a touch-up bottle of paint for that from Mazda USA, but i would just buy one and use it for that to protect the front end. It looks great from you pictures.
