this looks like a VERY nice kit. Was the powdercoating custom, or is it an option on the kit? What BOV are you using? Still retaining the stock BPV?

My only complaint with all of these kits is it allways looks like the intercooler is sitting to low in the bumper. Like it should be raised up 2 inches to sit flush.
The only way to get around that is if you cut the bumper. Unfortunatly, the actual bumper of the car sticks about 2 inches into the opening where the FMIC goes; just gotta live with it unless you want to do some hardcore cutting.

They are in CA, just to make sure you have the correct number (858) 278-7266. I hope you can get ahold of them soon.

Just talked with Rudy. Had one right in front of him. 10lbsmocc, what cutting was needed, and is there any major cutting of bumper supports? One thing I don't like is how it sits so low. Anyone know who I can call about HiBoost kit? Anyone have these in stock? I cannot decide which FMIC to get, and do not know where to get one. I am in Ohio.

i got the hiboost kit for $890.00 shiped

what is included with the kit? did you have any complaints, any of the support or bumper cut?

there was some minor trimming, mine was cut more since I was the guinea pig because the original design had it sitting higher but it didn't work out. Other than that I have not have any complaints about the kit. the only thing and it was my fault was not ceramic coating the pipes before I powdercoated them.

so how do the pipes come stock? Polished? Was their any difficult part of the installation, and do you think with the revisions they made to the kit that there will be minimal cutting?

i emailed the guy and this is what he wrote me back.

The piping kit is made out of aluminum and is available in a raw finish or
powder coated black. The kit does not come with an intake however the Injen
intake works great with it. Now, for the blow off valve, the kit is made
for use with the stock BOV but can be custom fitted for an aftermarket BOV.
The current sale price is for $855.00 complete with a PWR front mount
intercooler. Thank You!
.

You can probably ask for an unfinished injen intake like I did so you can match it to the pipes

did you want your pipes cermaic coated prior to powdercoating because of the heat resistance or b/c the powercoating is starting to fade? Any reason why you didnt get a Greddy BOV with your kit?

there is no fading just for heat resistance, I wanted to stay a little stealthier so I went with the BPV.

Does the piping not allow for a larger radiator to be installed? I heard that it used the stock piping route and wouldnt allow for a larger radiator. (Sorry about all of these questions...)

Do you think the hardpipe on the cold side will hookup the same as a hardpipe to the stock IC? The reason I ask is because I have a flange already welded onto my hardpipes, and if I get this kit, I'd want to use that pipe instead and sell the other one. Any info on this?

The kit looks great, Any kit that replaces that stock joke of an IC is wonderful. The hard pipes a slick and the core seems more than large to go all the way to 15 PSI on the Little T-25!

does anyone know if this kit will fit an 03 msp? and if there will be any cutting involved, if so what?

Yes, it will work with the 2003 MSP.

bhamsan it should without any problem because we designed it to work with the stock plastics pipes so your pipes should work without any modifying

cool, I may have to order one soon. It looks nice, especially with the blue powercoating.

Also, can I get it discounted if I don't want the pipes that replace the stock pipes? I'm rather just use the turbohoses pipes because I already have a BOV flange welded and I don't want to have to go weld another one.

you would have to ask since they have all the kits together there would be one bastard piece left over

does anyone know what the price is currently for these kits? do they come with a bov and everything you need for the fmic? thanks.
