fcuk i just cracked a rim!

2 days before a big meet and my dumb azz decides to do 70 mph down 695 next to wilkens ave and cracked a right front rim.. shyt shyt shyt! does anyone in the area fixed rims in a day???

write to your city and make a complaint. they may pay for your rim if it was caused by a pothole - chris

i think theirs a place in elkridge off of rt1 (it's by a car wash)

You're riding on 19's right?

But don't really worry about it as long as it's driveable...I have a nice chunk out of my front grille from a rock that I get to show off at the meet.

when the rim cracked the tire lost pressure so im out of a tire and a rim as of right now.. I had this problem once before on 695 and when I contacted the state treasurers office they said nothing can be done because its an oversized rim and they are doing construction on the highway already so that pretty leaves me FOFL... the place on RT1 cant have the wheel ready in time so it looks like I will be at this meet rimless. Oh well I will still be there having fun.
