FCD causing problems?

Ok so I have another thread about my issues. I have full bolt-ons (CS FMIC, CS TBE, CPE standback (installed), and a fuel cut defender). After doing some research, it seems like its a bad idea to run a FDC and the standback. Does anyone know exactly what will happen when you run both. With the standback installed now, I dont need the FDC or a boost controller. I think the MAP is sending false signals to the SB when at full boost because as soon as I hit 15 psi (target boost), its like im hitting fuel cut. Does anyone have any ideas? It falls on its face as soon as I hit full boost. I know i dont have a "perfect" tune yet but I shouldnt be getting this dramatic of a problem. All thoughts help. Thanks (uhm)
