Exhaust Manifold Help

Ok, so I just found out I have a small crack in my oem exhaust manifold. What do I do? The dealership wants a little over a thousand for the same one! Anybody know if its possible to weld it shut, i believe its cast iron and i've heard you cant weld that.

Find a very experienced welder. The header has to be heated then weld. If not, there are 2 used steedspeed headers in the FS for about $500. Or buy (order ) the new thunder V3

I'd buy a steedspeed, since that is what I did when my stock one was showing signs that it might crack. Or you can buy a used stock one without a crack and then cut the flange to prevent that one from cracking in the future.
