Engine/Suspension Problems with my MZ3

I just took my MZ3 HB for a dealer visit. Amazingly, they welcomed me like I owned a 2005 Maserati or what not. Anyway, I told them here's whats wrong with my baby:
1) Leaking some kind of oil from the Right-Motor Mount bushing (don't know if thats what I should call it)
2) Annoying noise when the front shock compress over a manhole or some little bump. (I thought it was when the shocks were wet...but I heard them today and they weren't wet)
3) Oil change...

Everything is under warranty except the oil change of course...I asked about the posible Recalls or problems with MZ3 and they didn't know of any.

Has some experienced this with their 3's?

TIA

I'm taking up my baby this Saturday to get it's 10,000 mile oil change, and have them take a look at some things. One of my things is that if an adult is in the back seat, and we hit a dip/bump in the road, I always seem to bottom out and the tire hits the wheel well.. has this happened to others? I'm a heavy dude, so I'm sure that's not helping the total weight of the car, but I can't imagine that the suspension is that bad to cause it. It doesn't have to be a big dip in the road or a bump either.

You are the man sir!! (headbang) I ran out to my car just now, and sure enough I see that piece of plastic jutting out. Hmm.. will have to buy some ramps to lift it up and get under there. Or maybe I can have the Mazda guys trim it down when I go in on Saturday. Either way, many thanks!!
