Engine stutter

Im just trying to think of anything it could be, cause i was once told with another car that a fuel pump either WORKS or does NOT WORK.

Not the case with the DI motors. The fuel pump can still work, but not produce enough pressure to fuel the car safely & effectively, warranting the need for an upgraded pump.

Does it run like garbage like that?

Nope it runs fine.. besides a backfire every now and then when you shift.. But as steve pointed out its probably better to run it as the original setup was..

Its also alot quieter when you run it in recirc the noise is starting to get me annoyed.

Running fine and backfiring occasionally are two different things IMO.

When you let all of that metered air (that has passed the MAF) out into the atmosphere, the car has already considered fueling for it, and causes you to run rich for a short period (backfiring). I'll pass. Besides, all of those hybrid valves are more costly than a good strictly recirc BPV.
