Engine grounding points?

I'm not sure if it helps the auto tranny. But I know for a fact it did help my throttle response. I would hit the pedal and it would take a full second to respond now its faster response but no noticable hp gains

i wouldnt really worry about the hp gains. i would be more concerned about efficiency of the ground kit. ive seen the some point maps on the forum though... i think there is one on the for sale thread:1st ground kit i think... ill look for it.
