Engine Damper kit......

Has anyone heard of or used the WeaponR Engine Torque Damper Kit for the mazdaspeed protege?

I only ever heard about them breaking, to bad as it would be a good product for the MSP.

I have one used on my turbocharges ES, I had my base welded for more strength and I have not had a problem. It helped eliminate more wheel hop. I also have the AWR front motor mount as well to help. Like I said I did not have problems with mine but I took extra measures so it wont break

i have the weapon r and no probems yet! can you put up pics of the welding enfocement you did so i can see were to stengthen mine just in case!

Is there any vibration from having it installed. I was going to use the damper and upgrade the front motor mount.....Instead of installing a rear motor mount.

The Front motor mount causes alot of vibration by itself. The dampner does not add to the vibration.
