Actually there was a guy from North Car. that was running the emanage for a long time but thanks for the warning.

Who was the "guy"?

This is what I am talking about. Everytime some one says this but has no way to back it up.

I'm not trying to be a jerk here, but this is the typical circle.

1.) Person A says it works fine.
2.) Person B asks how and no info is provided.
3.) Person A after a short time says the stock ECU re-learned and they will try something.
4.) Person B asks again what they did.
5.) Person A appears to fall off the planet.
6.) Person C says basically what I said.
7.) Person D comes on and starts the cycle all over again.

You know what I do not care if you beleave me or not. Why would I? I am very pleased with my car and the next step is forged. When I first post that we where doing the emanage everyone said it won't work Turboge tried it and said it won't work. Well guess what, it does.
If I am the only guy that uses the emanage o well. I like it.
As for me coming on here and telling you how to do it not going to happen.
The guy that did the work is Dave from Liberty One Auto, his # is 239-649-1115 and he is great.
Dave and I put a lot of time and $ into this project and he figured everything out.
If he wants to tell you he can. If you live near me I would invite you over in a second and let you feel the difference.
Anyone that wants to see proof name the time and the place and if possible I will be there.

Ok I see now. Basically the same thing as the FM O2 voltage clamp, only works off of RPM.

orangezoom - It should work that way as I believe that is how they got it to work on the other car.

Good luck. No hard feelings with the other stuff. Its just frustrating sometimes with this stuff.

Everyone knows that to get the best out of the Protege some form of fuel and timing is needed. But there are very few choices out there as people try things. It becomes disconcerting when someone says they have something working and then dissappear.

Keep the thread updated and let us know how it works out. That is the only proof necessary.

I'll call your guy up and see if he thinks the FM version of the O2 voltage clamp will work too.

I am running bigger injectors 440, I wouild shareb the map with you but I made a deal with Dave @ Liberty One Auto that I would not so if you want you can call him.
I am sorry but he did all the work on this and he wanted to make some money with this if he says it is OK I will be glad

do you think he can write up an install? Was it a wiring problem...because I think terry said emanage can be a bit hard to install without a harness.

Orangezoom any more pics of the install? You got the emanage with the boost controller and emanage right?
