Electrical upgrades for '07 Mazda6i sedan?

Hi,
Just picked up my car last week and love it. In the next month or so i'll be installing a couple amplifiers pulling a total of roughly 1200 watts rms. Will be running 0/1 gauge power wire, etc. Anyone have any thoughts on upgrades/costs for my electrical system. I found somewhere that the stock alternator is 90 amps in my car. What about a higher output battery? Any thoughts?

for a battery i think optima would be the obvious choice, with regards to alternator i think a higher amp one is available aftermarket... also i'm not positive, but i think the alternator from a 6 cyl tribute/escape is compatible, bu dont hold me to that
