eibach 25mm spacers installed [pictures]

It looks like all the increments are available for those interested, 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm and 25mm from these guys: http://www.thmotorsports.com/eibach/eibach_pro_spacer/g-50330.aspx

Although some may require extended lugs, not sure.

I was thinking it might create a more even look to add staggered spacers, ie. 15mm rear/20mm front etc.

thats a good idea. the staggered look. anyone has any opinions on what foster said about different size spacers for a staggered look?

i like a flush set up, but mine are slightly tucked and i like the look actually. i dont think STRICKs fenders are rolled? but i could be wrong, dont hold me to it (lol2)

yeah i dont think stricks fenders are rolled, but who knows. like i said when i had my 18x9s on, when it comes to these millimeters of clearance that determine whether or not we will rub, all of our cars are most likely going to vary because its going to come down to that very last millimeter. if you end up rubbing with the spacers that you choose, who cares, grab a mallet and beat the hell out of the fender for 30 seconds, you wont rub and you've achieved the look you wanted.

on STRICK's pic above, it also looks like he has smaller tire width (wastegate mentioned 225) so they look stretche don those gold sheels so it looks like they are pulled inward and rounded unlike the stock tires which look taller. We'll see how it goes.

I dont know about using a mallet or a baseball bat tho, but I'll work something out :)

well i just caught up on this thread and saw my name all over...lol. My fenders are rolled(with a baseball bat(silly) )it only rubs over LARGE dips in the road. And those are 225/40 Nitto INVO tires. The sidewall on them is slightly different than your average tire, which is why they look a lil' stretched. I had this guy email me about putting my car on his website. www.rimtuck.com . All specs are listed there

EDIT: here is the direct link to my car http://www.rimtuck.com/setup.php?id=534 hopefully this site can help inform some as to what will work on there cars. I havent browsed the site much yet, but it seems to be ok.

it's hard to tell on the rolling for your rears. Do you actually have a closeup of the fender, like a shot of the rolling? I know it sounds stupid to ask, but hoping you happen to have a shot. In the rear angled shot from the rear driver's side the rear fender looks straight without being rolled, so I just wanted to see the rolling to see how far in you had to go. Thanks in advance if you have a pic of them!

i dont have any pics of it up close, sorry, but it isnt rolled all the way in yet. It comes in some like they factory way, then its curved upwardon the inner part of it. Just imagine rolling a bat in between the tire and fender with with two big guys sitting in the hatch. With the car sitting at that ride height, it leaves a nice curve on the inner fender lip. When i go up steep driveways it makes the rear tire tuck on the turning side of the vehicle due to suspension stiffness and ride height. And I have very minimal tire scrapeage (sp*). I plan to roll them all the way flat next time i adjust my suspension and have the wheels off again, just to make extra clearance. Im planning on attempting to slam it down before a few shows coming up. Ill try and snap a few pics up for you when i can.

looks sick either way! I am curious how you were able to get a baseball bat in that tiny gap! Did you jack up the car and then stick the bat in the gap and lower it back down? I have done this before with a screw driver and pry it between the fender and the tire and got it to work. I am trying to see how the bat could make it in the gap. Putting heavy guys in the back is a good idea to lower it I like that and see if I can get some friends to sit in the back to try that.

Thanks man,

It was a wooden louisville slugger w/ the big end cut off some. Just lift up slightly and the bat should fit in or its too big then. This job takes 4 people(one pusher, one bat roller & two trunk weights..lol) Once bat is in have two people sit in the trunk hatch area. Then proceed to push the car forward, while somone rolls the bat with the flow of the car.Push forward once all the way around the fender, then push it backwards once too. Touch up any small paint cracks on the interior with clear finger nail polish..good luck

My spacers just arrives SUPER FAST! I ordered them Sunday and they arrives this morning, only took 2 days (the pleasures of living in Los Angeles :))

Since they came in so fast I'll actually Install them Wednesday and post pics when installed, this is what they look like by themselves, 25mm spacers with built in studs and the lug nuts for mounting the wheels on:

Ok might be a dumb question but when I order these do I just need to order one set. Or is each set only 2 spacers? Also does anyone have a idea what size spacer would work best with stock wheels and a H&R drop?

you will need 2 sets, as each set is 2 spacers. I have dropzone springs 1.4 front drop/1.4 rear drop, which is only slightly more than your H&R springs drop the car. I'll post up pics tomorrow of mine, so you'll be able to see what 25mm spacers look like with stock wheels and a drop only slightly more than yours. That way you can see how it looks and know if it will fit.

Judging from the fronts, it will fit fine, but the rear is probably going to need a fender roll like everyone else on here is saying.
