i hope nobody bought that stupid chip......i would not trust it .............I have read a post about it though........they all said that It most likley would not give anywhere near 20 HP gains.....try a search...
If it really worked don't you think the legitimate Automotive press would have covered it? Out of all the automotive magizines I read on a regular basis not a single on has ever mentioned a $.50 resistor netting 20hp gains.
