Jackass has it as a 4 door protege, 1.8 liter blah blah blah. Doesn't even know it's an MP3, limited production, yadda, yadda, yadda. Anyway, just thought it was kinda funny.

They are all fools. The dealership that I purchased my MP3 from changed hands a year later. And I went in with my friend because he was looking for a P5. So we pulled up in my MP3 and the salesman asks me what kind of car is that??? Whats a MP3??? So I proceed to tell him its a car I bought at this dealership a year ago and the specifics of it. He had no idea what I was talkin about. Talk about a jackass salesman. He is able to sell Mazdas to customers??

My favorite dumb dealer was the dodge dealer trying to tell me that the SRT was handled differently for cars becuase it was rare.

He was not thrilled when I told min 10,000 units is hardly rare and the car I was possibly trading in was 1500 worl wide and only 1000 in my color. He shut his mouth

just about every mazda dealership I have walked into wasn't very knowledgeable about their cars. There is one guy here locally who knows the RX-8 pretty darn well. Of course, he owns a 3rd gen RX-7. Everyone else has treated me as a numbnuts buyer just looking to buy a car today. Look at how this switch works! Look at all the storage!

On another note...if someone is looking for an "unmolested" MP3, it looks like this one might fit the bill. The dealer may not know what they are selling, but at least it doesn't have all kinds of aftermarket crap on it to kill the resale value.
