If your exhaust moves that much, you might wanna check your engine mounts. A stiffer front mount also gets rid of a little wheel hop.

It doesn't move too much, maybe a half inch diagonally up to the left. Motor mounts I've seen are expensive tho :/ and is the front motor mount on the passenger side wheel well?

The front mount is like right behind your rad and right in front of your headers. And it's wayyy down there A little to the drivers side. It would probly be hard to see the stock one w/ out a flashlight. That's the only stiff one I have and I think it's the perfect one to do. Adds a better feel and sound when driving, but doesnt vibrate like krazy. I had all of 'em for a while, but it wasn't exactly pleasant. AWR is the best.

Would it be cheaper and warrant the same results if I just used the inserts instead of the full mount kit?

It would be cheaper, but you don't have to do a full kit. I just did the front one, and its great. You have to hold the inserts in w/ zipties. Just the front mount would be = or < 89 bucks. the front is the one that gives the most noticable results. In my opinion its totally worth it.

I'll check it out. I gotta watch my side one bc I have a huge rust spot on the engine bay right behind it. Hoping it doesn't spread.

You should get some naval jelly or other kinda rust stopper, and then just spray some black hi-temp paint over it. it'll stop the rust and wont look bad cuz ya got a black car. you should do it before it gets any worse, that area is kinda crucial.

Naval jelly, you should be able to get some at lowes. Or a hardware store.

i have inserts on the trans one. thinking awr front and rear and inserts for pass side. is that good?

Could ya maybe put up a vid of the exhaust from outside? the one on the first or second page doesnt have the best quality and i wanna see if it sounds any different after the break in period. You dont have to if you dont wanna cuz i'm still gunna order it anyway, but i'm just really antsy for christmas to come.

Got mine today and installation was really easy. The fitment is totally perfect with zero adjustment needed. The sound is super deep with a fair amount of growl. It looks pretty sick also. Overall I love it and would totally recommend it, this matched with my AEM intake makes a really nice tone. Couldn't ask for anything more for that kind of price.
