****E-mail Change issues Need Help****

OK so I already pm'd one of the mods on here as well as sent in an e-mail request through the contact us link. Still no luck............why is this? I am just trying to get my e-mail account changed due to the one i was using was closed and i cannot get into it to retreive my forgot password information....luckily I remembered it to do these but i still cannot change it with out have to log into my old account, WHICH I STILL DO NOT HAVE, to change it.
