E Brake adjustment

Adjusted my E-brake in the console. worked great for a week, then wouldn't hold. Re-Adjusted all the way and will not hold. Brake pads still good. where to from here?

tighten the E-Brake lines? Help?

How do you adjust the rear calipers. I have had the same problem>
I Replaced my rear pads with a friend, the e-brake was never tight after that. Tightened the bolt by the e-brake handle & it just locked up the rear brakes. Loosened it up and it didn't pull the brakes tight at all. This system doesn't have a bolt to tighten uder the car in the middle like most cars do. I was wondering if there was another way to tighten the e-brake line from the caliper? Any Thoughts anyone?
