Here's a long term update:
This summer, one of the hottest on record, car parked all day out in the heat, does not smell at all.

just a thought Dynamat is a asphalt based product...is there any smell in the heat of the summer???

When you had the headliner out did you notice anything on the ceiling above the 3rd row that would accommodate a 7th seat shoulder harness? Hard to tell from the angle of your pics

You mean like an anchor point? Mid-section of the roof does not have any anchor point to attach anything if I recall. There are only cross members to reinforce the roof area.
