Driver side mirror rattle \ vibration

i own 2025 CX-5. 1st drive notice that the driver mirror vibrates over 60. it was replaced. didn't really change anything. any ideas how to solve this issue? maybe contact the DMV report them about this issue? looks like Mazda knows about this issue but sadly, wont do anything about it. ideas? The attaching bolts are behind the door covering. Pull back the covering, using a small blade screw driver.

I replaced it with a new one, closed it myself. It's not that, the bolts are not the issue. The mirror itself, vibrates.
