Maybe oil is all gone. But, I have not seen any sign of leak for 6 months after cleanup. I check it every weekend.

It leaked than dried. How about mine? 112,000 miles on this one, unless it was changed before we bought the car around 52,000 miles. Same with the serpentine belt.

At 112,000 miles, you may consider to change the serpentine belt and water pump belt along with belt tensioner. Then at 120,000 miles, the engine coolant needs to get changed.
I got my replacement part from an online store. Though the online site and order lists it as PE03-15-980C, what I received was PE02-15-980 but with the correct serial number: F569897.13View attachment 233139 that's how leak is looking. I'll check the other thread mentioned above.
Yep the part number of this OEM belt tensioner is really confusing. And you received left-over stock PET2-15-980 as I did go to my Mazda dealer and checked the actual situation in Mazda’s parts system. The PET2-15-980 has been superseded by PE03-15-980C months ago, and PE03-15-980C tensioner is the one they’re getting currently from Mazda. But when I compared 2 belt tensioners side-by-side physically, strangely the serial number on newer PE03-15-980C tensioner has older number F-569897.10!I got my replacement part from an online store. It is INA brand and made in Slovakia.
Also, as many of us faced this issue around 29K miles, I suspect that many cars have these leaking early on and only caught in 30k service where these are inspected as per the service manual.
