the NEL are stamped stills (very first sill you see on the page at the top)

they include front AND back

maxsonr, the price has everything, 4 sills, packaging, stamp cost, its what you pay to have it on yuor door step

(you may be charge a couple dollars for duty but not some rediculous amount like UPS, last time i got something off ebay the duty was $30USD WTF!!!!!!!!!)
