door rattle

Has Mazda issued a fix for the rattle in the drivers side door? It is mostly heard with the radio on and or during colder days.

Secondly, I have a rattle from the right side of my dash board, any clue as to why? I've taken it in for service twice and story of my life they did not hear anythin?!?!?!? They always leave the car to soak in the sun for a good hour before driving it so the parts expand and no more rattle.

No. But you can check yourself. The door panel has only one screw (by the bottom light) and pops out. Generally alot of rattles are due to...

1) Extra bolts laying unused behind the panel
2) Something loose in the door (needs to be tightened)
3) Music related (nothing you can really do here, but throw dynomat on everything)

Right side of dashboard is most likely the airbag rattle...the fix is horrendous.

at least you don't have a rattle in your back seat that you can't figure out.. that one sucks.

Crossbow, can you talk a litle more about the airbag rattle, since the rattle in my car is from precisely that spot, it's more like something is shaking in there. I wouldnt attempt to fix it, but whqat is the cause and second of all, wouldnt a loose component of the passenger airbag render the entire unit defective?
