For reading this whole thread and seeing how things unfolded, it's pretty obvious that a trust has been broken between the buyer and the seller. Both Alex and Ryan are right to a certain extend, both have really good point but the fact remains that the trust has been broken.
I run my business that trade goods in 40" container load, money wise I'm talking about at least a MSP ($20,000) worth of goods per container, profits to me in thousands, if at any point my supplier or my buyer hide from me for just 3 days I will take it to my lawyer and the contract is said to be broken. I understand a CD changer in comparing what I sell has a major different in price, but the binding contract between the buyer and the seller of the CD changer is still the same level as every buying and selling contract.
...Humm... what am I trying to say here.... oops, a sushi moment....
Oh yes, what I'm trying to say here, my personal opinion only, is that if travel has contacted Alex from the start this whole thread will be non-exsistance and in no doubt leave negative feedback with him for some people no matter how hard Ryan tried to explain the situation from the seller point of view. This comes to show how important communication is when you do business, big or small....
Just my personal opinion again, no offense to anyone I hope....
