Does the 2011 Mazda 2 use CANBUS for the steering wheel controls?

I'm installing a Chinese double-din in my wifes Mazda 2 and have not been able to get the steering wheel controls to work. The stereo came with no installation guide and trying to get answers out of the manufacturer has been next to impossible. (rant)

The Stereo is a Qualir QL-MZD711 and comes with a mini ISO connector (on the head unit) for the steering wheel controls. The connections are AD1, AD2, Ground and 3.3v power. Does anyone have a clue as to where these connections would go?

Does anyone know if the 2011 Mazda 2 uses CANBUS for the steering wheel controls?

Any advice would be appreciated.

From what I can see, yes. If your trying to control your aftermarket head unit with your factory wheel mounted controls, it won't work.

I purchased and installed a Swi-Jack in conjunction to my Alpine CDA-9885 and all of my steering wheel controls still work...except for the Info button, that one gets stuck on the last option you have it on so choose the one you wanna see all the time before installing a new deck, lol.
