Just want to know if I buy from Mazdastuff.com,

besides the listed price of the product and the shipment,

do I have to pay the American government tax or the Canadian government tax?

Any canadian here had bought from Mazdastuff.com?

You will not have to pay US taxes, but you will have to pay Canadian provinicial and federal taxes, plus duty and brokerage to get it across the border.

If they ship via UPS they will either demand payment on delivery or they may bill you later.

Shipping stuff up from the US is a desperation move. You would only do it if a) you absolutely CANNOT get the part(s) ANYWHERE in Canada or b) it is SO much cheaper in the US (when converted to CDN funds of course) that the cost of shipping, taxes and brokerage can be absorbed and it is still a savings. The later is extremely unlikely.
