DN Exhaust Manifold

:
2003.5 Laser Blue MSP
I just wanted to see how many people would be interested in the DN exhaust manifold. If we show enought inerest, maybe we can get their mani released soon, or even a group buy. I havent talked to DN about the group buy, I want them so see that there is interest first so that they can finish it up.

So far this is the list:

1.)97ProtegeDX
2.)sandspeed
3.)boostisgood
4.)quatelate
5.)silverspeed03
6.)Concept MSP
7.)kickerMSP

www.dnperformance.com They dont have a pic of the manifold, but you can see the type of work they do. Here are some pics of their older design. I new one will work with FMIC kits like the Perrin.

equal length? price? neway u can put me on the list im interested

Their first design was equal lenght, so my guess is that it will be as close to equal lenght as possible, and the price should be between $500-$600.

If it is a stock replacement, and it will work with the Perrin Intercooler, I am interested.

Yes, it should I sent them pics of of the my Perrin piping and other fmic kits. The new design of this manifold is so it work with our FMIC kits.

depending on the price, gains and compatibility i would be interested in picking one up

I cant tell you the exact gains because DN never specified it. There is an owner in NJ (hukster00) that had their old design and loved the manifold. I think it should be pretty close to that gains from the MAM manifold. (Im not putting down Beau, MAM or their products in anyway). It will work with you FMIC or SMIC kits, both stock and aftermarket.

Is their manifold thick wall or thin wall Stainless steel? Does it have a merge collector(4-1 pyramid)?

Its extra strenght stainless steel, with a high-flow collector.

I believe MAM's pricing is extremely fair for their manifold but this looks like good deal.

I am still broke till the fall, so I let everyone else get it and see if it cracks or not.

:)
