i know that the easy street kit automaticall puts air to that strut to keep it up!

has anyone heard anything bout air struts? ive heard they are simular to the feel of coilovers but i just find that hard to believe!

ive been in an air car... the problem atleast with these is.. randomly one of the struts would lose pressure and youd have to hit the compressor switch...but if you can deal with that dooo itttt

yea too many ugly cars around here have it
but a compressor is also something i didnt want, got to mount it, then u have to hook it up to ur battery and all the lines

too much work lol
plus when the compressor kicks on, that makes the car look eve worse

yep
but u do have to knock off the little ring around the bottom of the piston to get the perch on
if u get them it tells u in the directions, couple knocks with the hammer to get it off and on so its no biggy

Ok sweet. I think I may be purchasing them in the future if I don't get a killer deal on some BC's. It's just too damn expensive for my tastes at the moment.

yea, i want full coilovers too but i cant see myself spending 1000 dollars on something tht doesnt really make my car any faster lol

pluss i got my GC's from it's yellow so i got a deal, they were pretty much brand new

Id say hold off on painting the lip....since you have a midnight blue pro5 like me, leave it unpainted. Personally, i dont think it looks bad at all....heres another pic of the lip on the car......

based on the pic in your sig, I think you might have some clearance issues my friend....

What did you end up paying for them if you don't mind me asking? I may set up a WTB feeler thread since it'll be about a month before I could buy them. Hopefully get someone with a good set.

and with the lip i was thinking of painting the top but leaving the bottom
and yes, i know about the clearence issues lol

If you do the split with the paint, at least paint the bottom a gloss black. Looks awesome.

but i paid 183 total for the GC's and they are normally around 430 including shipping
so yea i got lucky lol
