I can probably start helping out late next week. My wife's test results came back on Tuesday as positive for more skin cancer, so we're going for more surgery this afternoon. With that and 50+ hours a week at work I can't garauntee I'll have time available to produce deliverables along a set timeline. Some things that should be decided upon before we start designing the site:
Logo design
Site sections (What do we want besides a home page? Does the design need to be flexible for future expansion?)
Programming media (Flash, HTML or both)
Must there be an agreement on design style (like voting on which design you like best) or can the designer just do whatever they want

And any other things including just optimizing images for the web.......Just pretty much whatever, and I can do some of this from home too since I also have the software at home...........I do think that we should get together though to put together the LOGO and layout first.........

^^ Thanks guys, we appreciate the support. We're not really worried about it. This is the third time we've gone through this so it's becoming quite routine. And this newest spot is really small in it's earliest stage. She'll only need like 3-4 stiches after getting this one removed this afternoon, unlike the 10 she got in her back the first time around. Surgery starts at 3 and I expect us to be home by 5. No long stays in the hosiptal this time.
Back to the website and stuff. Let's all discuss Monday night in Arlington. Probably easiest with everyone there. Right now I'm planning on attending as long as nothing springs up at work and the wife let's me go out to play.
