[Here's the monthly sales report I've been doing, it just adds the historical monthly sales from 2007 and 2008]
North America Mazda released their Year End 2008 sales data and 2,884 Mazda5s were sold in December, up 77.4% from the previous December. This is a monthly sales record.
That's 22,021 Mazda5s Year-To-Date, a 60.5% increase over 2007.
For comparison Mazda sold 7,864 Mazda3s in December, 109,966 Year-To-Date.
Here's the data I gathered from 2008 and 2007.
