Debating on getting the TWM Full Replacement

So I'm debating on this kit, but wanted to hear from people who have it installed.
On a scale of 1-10, 10 being awesome, how would you rate the distance of the throw from one gear to the next?
How is the feel of getting into the gear? -smooth? Soft? Hard? Still notchy like stock?
If you've driven other manuals, i.e. S2000, STi, how would you compare?
