Dealer didn't tighten lugs

I was at the dealer on friday for the spring service special and I got my tires rotated and balanced and an oil change. Anyway, I get my car back after 3 hours take it home and garage. The next day I'm driving on the highway and the car feels like there is something stuck in the tire, so I pull over and check the bad rsa's. I don't find anything and start driving again, but it keeps getting worse, so I pull over and check the lugs, which I should have done in the first place. All of the lugs for the two front tires are so loose that I can take them off with my hand. I took my car to the dealer because I didn't want some asshole working on my car and they screw it up. I will never take my car to the dealer again except for waranty work and that will be at a different dealership. The car still feels wierd now and I can't tell if it screwed something up. I need advise on what to look for and what to tell those idiots to check. Is it possible that this messed up my struts? I better get my money back, I am so pissed off and they over charged me by 15 dollars. I can't wait to call them on monday.

damn dude thats BS.
i would definitely call them on monday and give them s*** and get refunded for everything.

yeah man thats messed up, i dont know if the studs could have been bent, or if it maybe messed up your wheel bearing or sumthin. We need an expert opinion in here so you know exactly what to b**** about.

Check for any damage to the wheels. Oblonging of the holes, etc. Any damage to the wheel studs. Thats usually where most the damage occurs, if any.

I had the same issue.
I had 3 wheels with loose lugs.
They checked mine and they told me it was all good after driving 35 miles on it.

thanks for the tips, I am calling them first thing in the morning. I am so pissed I have to take my intake out again. It only takes 20 mins but it is still a pain in the ass. I can't tell if the car feels bumpier or I am just paying attention to every little bump.
