what color interior do you have? I use armor-all on the hard plastic parts of my interior and it looks sharp...
I just use a damp cloth. I haven't found a "armorall" type product I like yet. Too streaky and greasy. Armor All made a no streak formula or something a while back and I can't find it anymore.
My girlfriend used to use a damp cloth then a dry cloth and then just a little Wet Tire by Eagle One on her dash for shows. It looked REALLY nice but I wouldn't use wet tire on a regular basis.

After I got my windshield replaced my dash wash washed clean....I actually like it more w/ the non-glare look...sometimes the reflection on the windshield would drive me nuts! If you want to get it off, use a mild cleaner like Glass-Plus (no ammonia). I know that Armor All also makes a low-gloss, but I'm stickin' w/ a swiffer cloth to keep the dust off - that's it!

ill tell u this amor all with just in time eat ur dash ALIVE. so i dont use it i just use little bit of water just to clean dirt off.

Use a quality leather cleaner and conditioner, works wonders.
