Dash board vibration

I have changed two motor mounts but I still feel the dash board vibrates on my stering wheel. Any idea on how I can make may car get back smooth as of before?

if they are the OEM ones thats as smooth as your going to get it, broken motor mounts will make the car more rough, id check my other mounts if i were you and make sure they are all ok. also are you suffering any performance issues? i saw you had another thread about the check engine light, if your having misfires (it would illuminate the check engine light) then the car will vibrate at an uneven rate, thus making it vibrate more.

I got a pack of black felt material from Home Depot. The kind you stick under a lamp so it doesn't scratch the furniture. I popped the dash cover off and stuck it around inside. Helped quite a bit , & I have 2 Medieval Engine Mounts.

My rattle is better after new OEM mounts, but still there at 3K RPM.
How do you pop the dash cover off?
