can anyone tell me the torque specs and tightening order for the stock 2.0's? i cant find them anywhere online and i even downloaded a manual and couldnt find them in it. NOTE: I NEED THEM FOR THE COVER ITSELF thanks guys!

61 to 87 INCH-pounds. Basically hand-tight with a 1/4" ratchet (with your hand as close to the ratchet as possible to deliver the least amount of torque). The service manual also says to start with the middle bolt and work your way around.

Ight thanks dood!

i assume you mean the "Cam Cover"? yeah, its only sealing against a rubber gasket, so it doesn't need much. 1/4" ratchet, or a 1/4" screw-driver with a socket end will be the right tool. make sure its not leaking, and it will be fine.

oh, and the torque specs are in the shop manual on page 01-10B-9 ;) and make sure you put dabs of silicone sealant in the correct spots, too. (see page 01-10B-13)

s***, forgot about the RTV! Provided he didn't remove the cover and was only tightening it down it should be ok. But OP, if you removed the valve cover, you need to add new grey RTV to the spots shown in the service manual or it might leak.
