CX9 speed sensor

Does anyone know where the CX9s speed sensor is located in the engine bay? I need to physically take a reading directly from the speed sensor and can't seem to find it. Does anyone know what one looks like for a CX9??

No speed-Sensor at all - the Speed will be calculated by the ABC/DSC Module and will be transmited via CAN to the InformationPanel - there you can get a analoge signal.

There is a speed sensor near each wheel (I need to check workshop manual to locate it). It monitors the rotations of each wheel. I am guessing that you want the vehicle speed reading, correct?
One of the input to GPS unit should be the speed reading (if yours come with NAVI). OBDII also contains speed info. A device like ScanGaugeII enables you to read those on the "fly". Hope this helps.
