Ok Forced Induction Tech Guys,

Here it is... Mazda MP5T. LCBB Garrett T-25 ,
Open Cam Pulleys, Polished Aluminium Mandrel Bent Hard Pipes,
External Waste gate, Dual Stage Boost, Full Front Intercooler,
Blow Off Valve, Custom 304 Stainless 4 Into One Manifold...
Bla Bla Bla It's been done for a month now and has taken
this little 130 Ft/Lb Four Banger to 200 Ft/Lb of torque. This
is not a Kit. I designed this system and sub-contracted the
Manifold to a Machinist in Ontario. If anyone has questions
about 5 Doors and Boost. Feel free to ask. I am
on vacation but will be able to answer.

That is a crazy piping scheme. Aren't you worried about melting hoses or anything? I like it. But I like anything custom.

Great work! :) I like the silver tint on a white car. It's the only combo that looks right with the silver IMO. Under the hood(omg) Nuff said.

The header wrap is usually never hotter than you can touch so it's really not an issue. I have a switch that forces the fans on if I'm at a light or when the car is on the turbo timer.

That is a TRIPPY mani, man. I like it. Nice idea to maximize flow. Wouldnt have thought to mount it transverse like that. Do you have a pic of how you get the DP back down to the center of the car? Any pics from underneath? THat mani looks like it flows VERY well. The wrapping is a nice idea as well. Looks like the race motors we used to work on.

Who is doing your engine mgmt? What octane/psi are you running for daily?

Thanks!!! And the car looks GREAT overall as well!!!

great job....I notice the two extra injectors...what system are you running those on?

A company called SDS...Simple Digital Solutions makes an system called the EIC.

EIC...Extra Injector Controller

EIC-2 Two Injectors
EIC-4 Four Bla Bla Bla...

You can Google or Yahoo them. It's a really slick system. I was worried that there would be lag in the system but it keeps up almost instantly. More info? Please ask. I'm happy to help.

Oh, and the turbo housing looks used. Did you pull it from another vehicle? Or did the coating just come off from heat?

The Downpipe is about three feet long. It goes down from the turbo, Bends 90 Deg towards the right front tire then bends 90 Deg towards the rear of the car. I have photos of the manifold without the wraping on it. I'll get them off soon. I'm working of a system called an EIC. I explained it in the thread. 7 Psi Low 12 Psi High on 93 Octaine.

New T-25, I'm waiting for the paint to come completely off then I'm thinking about Ceramic Coating it.
