Custom dash lights

I've seen a Mazda 6 that had Blue heat control lights. Anyone have any idea on how this was done?

Lights

I tore apart my console and i've been trying to find out what it is he did. I've found bulb covers but none this small, it's a 74 bulb. I've looked online, i've looked through custom stores all around here too.

Is there a small gel cap that i can't find, or is there a small LED blue bulb i can find?

If anyone has any suggestions on a way to modify this or hopefully find a cap, please let me know, im sure there's others that would find this thread useful as well
