to me i wouldnt pay, did he tell u up front that he was charging u. even if he backs out of the project

i wrote him last night and said i wanted to make it right and don't want any hard feelings, i told him i'd pay him for the mock ups and the work he did to my raidiator shroud (had to cut it to fit around the turbo shield)...in other words i'll give you something but it's not $200...i haven't heard back from him???
