Most recent... New intercooler setup, new BOV, new intake and new radiator. Yes, the engine bay is still dirty. I was going to clean everything today but it's only 50 degrees out!

why didnt you make those slim fans push style? i would assume you would get alot more room, and in cause the engine moves it wont put pressure on them or anything else.

At the closest point one of the fans is 1/2" from the coupler at the turbo outlet. I have AWR front and rear motor mounts and their side inserts (will be upgraded the other two when AWR finished a passenger's side mount) so the engine really doesn't move at all. I would have loved to go with pusher-style fans but there just isn't enough room. With the turbolife FMIC the IC core support bar is just too close to the A/C condensor. There's only like 1-1/2" of space back there and I need at least 2" to use SPAL's slimline fans. It does kind of suck because I am probably going to have to go with a slimmer radiator like an AWR or PWR when I build the motor and upgrade the turbo.

yea thats true. how did you mount the fans btw? did you use those zip tie things and stick it threw the radiator?

Not quite zip ties but they are similar. SPAL sells mounting kits that are pretty much long, narrow nails with a metal clip on the back. These can be re-used and have a much firmer hold than the platic zip-tie things. I didn't want to mess with brackets as space was already limited.

Looks great magnum!

Just noticed you have your crankcase line with a checkvalve or something on it but nothing on the pcv. I have a millenia s pcv but still had major blowby even at 10psi. Had a filter on the vent line to see if anything accumulated, but never more than a few drops. Now I have a breather on the vent and catchcan on the pcv line and no more. Just a thought...

Yeah, I used to have another check valve on my PCV system (had a catch can in there) but my catch can had a pretty massive vacuum leak causing a CEL. I'll put it back in when I get a new catch can. I had the Millenia PVC valve for a while as well and noticed no improvement. With the two check valves my oil consumption had been reduced greatly until something else broke which is causing my current oil problems.
