Creeking noise from drivers side 2015 CX5

Hello, I recently got a used 2015 Mazda cx5 has about 139k kms at this point. The front brakes were changed 4 months ago. From about 3 months, the car makes weird creeking noise from drivers side only when the engine is idle and cooled down. In the morning, I hear. Next if let the the engine to cool down for 2-3 hrs and drive it again, the noise exists but goes off after 2-3 minutes.
It took it to mechanic and they thought its the control arm on drivers side, although it didn't show up for 2-3 days but the noise came back.

Not initially, still makes the noise but later I used the brakes. When I press the brakes, then it makes a loud noise. Then I release it and continue driving, still makes noise for 2-3 minutes.
Really not sure why. I checked the forums, nobody had this issue.
