Crackling Left Channel

Hello all...

I had an odd one today with my audio. The left channel dropped out and basically just crackled. BUT, only for Bluetooth and iPod..!!! Everything else was OK.

I unplugged the iPod, but no change. The typical PoPo did nothing. I deleted the iPhone from Bluetooth, and the iPod stated working fine again. I re-paired the iPhone and it's all OK.

I started having the same problem today. Did you ever get this resolved?

Yes. I did....

I deleted the iPhone from the Bluetooth on the car. And also deleted the car Bluetooth from the iPhone.

Then simply paired it all up again. Fixed..!!!

interesting, I had one day where the left channel started crackling, the audio didn't go away, was just really distorted. unplugging the iPod and plugging it back in fixed it, and it hasn't happened since.

Took cycles of deleting the pair and repairing and it started working again. Very strange.
