CP-e RMM: 60 vs 75 Duro?

Looking at getting a rear mount soon and will be going CP-e. Just wanted to get some opinions for those who have/had both/either duros on the mount.

Main concern is how bad the vibes are.

Not for my sake but for my gf and my mom whenever my dad takes the car for a drive

Thanks

if you're worried about vibrations go 60. 70+ on 4 cylinder engines usually translate to noticeable idle cabin vibrations. My old protege had 75/80 durometer all around and it shook s*** enough that I had more than a few creaks by the end of the summer. 60 is going to be stiff enough to handle anything except a full sports car anyway.

I have 60 here....no complaints..notice very little vibes at first..now i dont notice none and I have almost 0 wheel hop...the 75 is stronger im sure..but 60 is fine for a daily driver/weekend track car imho.

I'm wanting to go 75. Have heard it's hit or miss with the 60. At the same time I don't wanna hear complaining from anyone in the car. I know I can tell em to get out but I'm nice lol

thanks for the input

Go with 75. I've put about 5K miles on mine , it feels almost like stock unless I turn the A/C on. It's not that bad even with A/C on. :)

someone had a 60 duro up for sale on the other forum and someone picked it up before me. it was only $50!

i will be going with the 75 duro though thanks everyone

Biggest problem i found with my TRZ was the rattling on the trunk cover behind the back seat at idle.

When you're sitting at a traffic light, it can rattle a bit. Easy solution would be to put something just heavy enough on top to make it stop.

Other than that, it's been one my best mods.

I have the SU mount with the "aggressive" bushing. I'm not sure on the exact number, but I believe it's in the 70's, and it's one of those parts that always reminds you it is installed. I would have gone with the "street" @62 if I had a chance to try it first. The firmer bushing adds exhaust drone and gear whine along with the added vibes.

so from what im seeing its really hit or miss and depends on personal preference. hopefully the 1 piece design of the cpe mount cuts down on the vibes

i think this is caused by the seat belt thing that rests on top of it. I put velvety stuff on it to stop this.

s***, I run with an AWR Race Mount (90 dur) and it's peaceful. No where near as violent as the poly TRZ mount cars i've been in.
