Cosmic Blue Speed3 - Totaled. New TR!!

to the OP
dude glad you are ok! I got my car smashed up last month by some idiot...it sucks
good to hear you got a replacement!

quick question and possible thread jack so feel free to ignore...

to the insurance guy on here...
can the insurance company fix the "totaled" car and then sell it?

The ABUs are bad, you might as well wear a garbage bag for a uniform because they retain heat. And the undershirts... Made out of s*** material. The only good thing is you don't have to shine your boots all the time. They might be comfy for the pencil pushers that sit in the office all day. But for outside work... No good

Part of your problem is you're in FL. It'd be hot whatever you're wearing. I was at MacDill in Nov and it was still hot. I'd love to have the ABUs when I was crewing A10s in Germany. Cold as hell. Also, the other good thing with ABUs is you don't have to iron. I'm too cheap, so I'm sticking with BDUs till the last day.

Damn sorry 2 hear about the car. thank god that you walked out without anything. and congrats on the new speed. i have to say i do like true red better. good luck with this one, and be safe with all these crazy ass ppl that we shear the road with.

The Insurance Company will not fix the car. They will sell it at auction for scrap. The title turned over to the auction winner will show the vehicle was totalled and sold as scrap.

Perhaps the high bidder will be a legit scrapyard which will recycle the parts (lots of good used parts) and turn a happy profit while being environmentally friendly, and saving folks money on replacement parts, and perhaps giving some 3 sedan owner a chance to do a Really Cool engine swap.

Or the high bidder will do a sleazy bodywork repair, make the car look like new (not run or handle or stop or protect the occupants like new) and wash the title by transferring it through a few states until it looks like a plain old used car title. Then it will show up on a used car lot, alongside a bunch of Ike Cars recently totaled in Texas and hosed out, dried, and hit with some Fabreeze to cover the smell of mold.

Remember:
