Anyone else notice how many songs are corrupted and go into some weird noises and s*** 20-30 seconds into them? It's been happening a lot lately to me. Anyone know why? CONSPIRACY

that would be the RIAA or encryption (people can share a song 10 times if they download on apple legally then after 10 something encrypts it)

it's the worst sound in the world, especially when i wear headphones and blast it, all of a sudden my head is dying. ugh. i probably shouldnt complain, it is free afterall, but still.

Bad MP3s have been around since the beginning of Napster, mostly due to dumbasses who can't use a ripper right. I don't normally download the more popular stuff, but when I got the new Jane's Addiction from kazaa, almost every song listed was the same 30sec of song 3 repeated for the proper track time of each real song. Grrrrr.:mad: Damn RIAA. It took forever to get the right tracks. And, I BOUGHT the album too so you can sit and rotate RIAA (fu)
I noticed the hisses and bullshyte on some 'buzz band's' tracks my brother's GF DLed on my puter. It's mostly on the new bands with MTV/Fuse videos & popular top 40 type stuff that the sabatoged tracks are appearing.
You gotta look real hard and pay attention to the keywords to find the real stuff.

Just go to bearshare, they are a little better
We've noticed some contain hidden viruses that come across as trogan's when you download them. Guess some people are just evil like that. We've had a few songs that would only download half way, then sneak a virus in there that would make certain programs not work or cause windows to shut down improperly. A**holes.

Kazaa is really bad when it comes to quality files. WinMX is better, but for how long? Thats the question...
